At Rosedale State School (P-12) the year levels are seperated into 3 school:
- Prep - Year 5 is Junior School, with their Royal Blue shirts;
- Year 6 - Year 9 is Middle School, with Buttercup Yellow shirts;
- Year 10 - Year 12 is Senior School, with Bright White shirts.
